Some HBA Recipe Recommendations: Click on item to order!

Aniline Ale: Example of an English Old Ale. It has a high hopping rate that doesn't come across as bitter due to its high strength and smooth maltiness. Amber in color, medium to full bodied, this is a strong ale that lends itself as a good nightcap beer.

High Sierra Pale Ale: Patterned after Sierra Nevada's line. American Pale Ale with a pale amber color and high hop bitterness. Dry hopping with Cascades gives this brew a pleasing hop flavor and aroma.

Oregon Rascal Golden Ale Oregon Rascal Golden Ale is deep golden in color with a tight head, a rich malty aroma, a smooth crisp flavor, and an herbal finish. What more could you ask for?!

Bav' Haus Bock: A prime example of a German Bock. A malty sweet character predominates in aroma and flavor with some toasted chocolate. Full bodied and dark with a nice rocky head. The addition of 1 pound of DME will change this recipe into a dopplebock.
